The OpenBOX Order Management v9.0 module is a web-based solution that fully automates the sales order process delivering significant cost-savings, boosting revenue and improving customer service.

Designed to adapt to your existing workflow, the Order Management module can be integrated with either OpenBOX CRM or an existing solution to manage the entire sales order lifecycle from receipt to invoice including creating, expediting and tracking all sales orders; integration with a common carrier for shipment tracking; and real-time process statistics that can be accessed from anywhere via the web.
