.NET Database Solutions Developer
Skilled and self-motivated professional who works in a customer-facing
environment to develop both internal and customer applications.
Strong technical knowledge of software applications utilizing the
Microsoft .NET framework, their deployment in various operating
system environments, database design and web applications technologies
required. Occasional travel, up to 25%, may be required as needed
to satisfy client needs.
Essential Functions:
- Design, develop and maintain
database applications for customer-specific projects.
- Implement features defined in functional specifications
- Communicate with
the customer regarding customer needs and project progress.
- Integrate disparate software systems to
share data.
- Participate in testing
and QA of final customer projects
- Provide technical
and project leadership to team members Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
- High motivation and
consistent work ethic
- Ability to analyze complex
customer technical issues and walk through potential solutions.
- Ability to mentor junior programmers and act
as a team lead Preferred Education:
- BSCS or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skillset
- Familiarity with Windows
Operating system
- Demonstrated ability in relational database
design and database management.
- Experience working with
Microsoft SQL Server
- Demonstrated ability in ASP Application
Development
- Demonstrated ability in the .NET Framework
and ASP.Net, as well as either C# or VB.Net
- Demonstrated
ability to define, estimate, plan and execute software
development projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle and/or DB2 or
other RDBMS desirable, but not required

Responsibilities:
Generate qualified demos, and appointments for Outside Sales
Reps with a focus on HEAVY outbound telesales activity, email
and written follow up.
Generate new leads by researching companies to establish
new prospects.
Track leads and follow our sales methodology to deliver
sales results.
Qualifications:
Outstanding phone, email, writing
and customer service skills.
Two years of proven prospecting, lead generation, and new
business development experience.
Ability to multi task and work under pressure.
Software service sales experience preferred.
